Shipping & Delivery
Credentials required for accessing the online content will be sent to the email provided within 24 hours of purchase. As required, all related materials and/or other supporting materials will be shipped out via FedEx, USPS or UPS within 2 business days of purchase. Purchasers will be provided tracking information as soon our systems are updated so that they can ensure timely delivery.
Drops/Returns
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you have accessed or completed your program/exam, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on your program or exam purchase nor any materials associated with the product. To be eligible for a return, your drop/return request must be made within 30 days of original purchase and the time you have made use of the course/exam content or “time in content” must not exceed 10 total hours.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds for On-Campus courses
Refunds are given either when QCC Continuing Education cancels classes or based on individual student requests. Tuition for canceled classes is refunded in full. A written request must be received by mail, fax or e-mail. Refund requests by telephone are not accepted.
Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written request regardless of the date of registration. Requests received 7 days before the first session: student will receive a refund of 90% of tuition paid. Requests received before the second session: student will receive a refund of 75% of the course tuition. There will be no refund thereafter for any reason. Note: All refunds take approximately 2-3 weeks to process after the Office of Continuing Education receives your request and/or a class is canceled by our office.
Non attendance does not constitute a withdrawal or request for refund.
Makeup class: A make up class is only granted in the event CEWD cancels a class, they are not granted due to a student's absence.
No cash refunds.
No refunds for classes which meet for only one or two sessions; or for classes after second meeting.
Multi-semester Programs will be refunded by the Tuition received minus the classes the student has taken (ie. the classes that remain at the time the student requested the refund).

Course Cancellations
Our Office makes every attempt to notify you of course cancellations. Please confirm your current telephone number(s) and email address at the time of registration.
You will receive a full tuition refund for courses cancelled by the College. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
The College reserves the right to cancel any course, to make changes in fees, faculty substitutions, or to change days/hours when necessary. Every effort is made to provide corrected information as soon as possible if the catalog containing course information is modified.
Refunds for Online courses (if applicable)
Once we receive notice that you would like to drop the course, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and then review your program details to determine eligibility. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@edu2.com or 877.261.1484.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@edu2.com or call us at 877.261.1484 and we will provide shipping instructions for mailing back your item to be replaced.
Return Shipping
If you elect to return any materials associated with your online program (as applicable), please contact us at info@edu2.com or call us at 877.261.1484 and we will provide shipping instructions for returning your item to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
